ORION

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 27, 2026

ORION is a free game at surviveorion.com and in the iOS app, run by its developer, Lucas Navilloz. This page says exactly what the game collects, what it never collects, and how to reach us. It is written to be read, not scrolled past.

The short version

You can play without an account. If you make one, we store your callsign and your scores. We run no ads, no third-party analytics, and no tracking cookies, and we never sell or share your data with anyone.

What we collect, and why

What never leaves your device: run recordings. If you turn on clip recording, the video and its stats file are created in your browser and offered to you as downloads. They are never uploaded, and we never see them. Your settings, control bindings and local streaks also stay in your browser's storage.

Third parties

Two, and only when relevant to you:

Retention and deletion

Account and score data is kept while your account exists. To delete your account and its scores, badges, and wingmates, open Pilot profile and tap Delete account. That takes effect immediately. You can also use the in-game feedback form (Send feedback, on the game-over screen or the daily lobby) and leave an email so we can confirm. Email requests are honoured within 30 days.

Children

ORION is a general-audience arcade game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; accounts need nothing beyond a made-up callsign.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and material changes get a notice in the game.

Contact

The in-game feedback form is the fastest route and reaches the developer directly.
