These are the terms for playing ORION at surviveorion.com. They are short on purpose. By playing, you agree to them.
ORION is a free daily dodging game run by its developer, Lucas Navilloz. You get a personal, non-exclusive licence to play it in your browser. The game, its artwork, code, names and sounds belong to the developer; your clips of your own runs are yours to share anywhere.
The daily leaderboard only means something because everyone flies the same run with the same limits. So the following gets scores removed and, for repeat cases, accounts banned:
Leaderboards are moderated for the health of the game. We may remove entries that break these terms, correct records affected by bugs, and reset boards if a defect makes a day unfair. Moderation calls are made to protect honest pilots and are final.
ORION is provided as is, free, with no warranty. It may change, break, or be unavailable; daily content rolls on UTC days and waits for no one. We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do, and continuing to play means accepting the current version. If any of this must get legal: these terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid to play, which is nothing.
What we collect and why lives in the Privacy Policy. The short version: no ads, no trackers, no selling data, and your clips never leave your device.
The in-game feedback form (Send feedback, on the game-over screen or the daily lobby) reaches the developer directly.
